At Pawthoria, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pawthoria.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pawthoria.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: personalized or custom items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.
