At Pawthoria, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages Pawthoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at hello@pawthoria.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@pawthoria.com with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
